Good news came from CSR Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd. that the TAG37D and TAG43E speed sensors developed by Ningbo CSR Times successfully passed the trial train test. Ningbo CSR Times formally became its qualified supplier and entered into bulk supply stage.

Speed sensors technology has been monopolized by foreign manufacturers for a long time. The test of TAG37D and TAG43E speed sensors in CRH2 EMU actualized the first domestic applications of independent speed sensors in EMU braking system. Up to now, CRH2080 EMU loaded with TAG37D and TAG43E have been running for 200,000 kilometers with no fault, at the top speed of 380Km/h.
