Recently, in Antaibao mining area of Shanxi Province, CRRC-made 1500A/3300V IGBT modules have been successfully applied in the mining truck, instead of foreign brand products. It will bring bulk orders after 3 months' assessment of practical application.

Since 2014, CRRC Times Electric has developed kinds of power modules for wind power market and completed the practical application. Among those, 1.5MW and 2.5MW IGBT modules have already over 6 months' trouble-free operation on the customer's site. It shows that there would be a breakout of bulk orders this year. What's more, doubly-fed component has been developed successfully and can be delivered in large quantities.
