On March 10, the second batch of 3 DMUs exported to Angola by CRRC Tangshan Co., Ltd. were loaded on board in Tianjin Port and formally transported to Lobito Port in Angola. There are 10 DMUs in Angola Project, the first four of which were shipped to Angola from Tianjin Port on February 10 already.

Angola is one of the largest railway markets in Africa. In 2012, CRRC Tangshan Co., Ltd. exported 120 railway passenger cars to Angola. Later, CRRC Tangshan Co., Ltd. won another 10-DMU project contract from Angola through international bidding, to provide meter-gauge DMUs between the Angolan capital and the airport. Adopting 4-car marshalling, with the power packs integrated and in a bottom-suspension way, the trains are high-grade model for inter-city transportation, with a maximum continuous operation speed of 100Km/h, which can realize 3-train double-heading operation.
