On October 10, at the 2021 Beijing International Urban Rail exhibition Summit Forum "the first exhibition of independent innovation achievements of China's urban rail transit equipment", time electric's "IGBT for urban rail transit train converter" project won a high score of 96.1 points, ranking first in the comprehensive score of 14 projects.

The result evaluation was conducted by an expert group composed of 9 experts from Beijing, Xi'an and other places organized by China Urban Rail Transit Association. The comprehensive evaluation was obtained through document review in six dimensions: China's actual control, product brand, core technology, intellectual property rights, parts application and certification or testing.

At the meeting, China Urban association also organized the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of urban rail transit. Niu Haiyan, deputy chief engineer of Wuxi Metro Group Co., Ltd., Yang Liqiang, deputy general manager of Xuzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd., Ma Jinhuo, deputy chief engineer of Nanning rail transit Group Co., Ltd., and Liu Xiao, director of Vehicle Department of construction branch of Hefei rail transit Group Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony. They signed the achievement transformation of "IGBT for urban rail transit train converter" with Liu Zhenhua, general manager of Urban Rail business department of times electric, and reached a cooperation intention.
